East Orlando

Waterford Lakes: a deed-restricted community of 3,104 homes located on 840 acres in east Orlando close to shopping, restaurants, and other businesses.

The amenities at Waterford Lakes include a large Recreation Center at 453 Mark Twain Boulevard with: • a full-size adult swimming pool and a shallower children’s pool, • an enclosed playground adjacent to the pool area, • three baseball fields, • four basketball courts, • a dog park, • six tennis courts, • two racquetball courts, • three soccer fields, • two volleyball courts, and • a 3,800-foot walking track around a pond.
